Logic Controller
The Logic Controller is a game-changer for the Meteo-42.

This control system offers two functionalities:

  1. Action Control through the switches, e.g. Temperature Regulation. Triggers heating or cooling when
  • freezing conditions or
  • overheating situations or
  • supply shortages are detected.

2.    Alarm Management, e.g.

  •  Supply Warnings
  • Freezing Risk Alerts
  • Beaconing Issues
  • RS-485 Communication Failures
  • Severe Precipitation Notifications

Meteo-42 Logic Controller replaces the previous Switch Manager, introducing much more flexibility. Typical use cases are the control of a sensor's heating by means of a switch or activating an alarm (E-Mail, SMS, AmmonitLive App Notification), depending on measured values and time of day.

Existing Switch Manager configuration will be automatically migrated to Logic Controller so that the functionality will remain the same.

Additional features of the Logic Controller:

  • Up to 10 rules
  • One switch can be selected per rule
  • Configurable runtime
  • Alarms via Email, AmmonitLive App or SMS
  • Conditions with two levels of logical nesting (AND-OR)
  • Any combination of the existing measurements and statistics are available for the conditions
  • Configurable duration of the condition
  • CECS always on not required
